have you tried eurocamp? i think they do that kind of stuff
we went to a pre-pitched tent in Vendee area and it was really nice

keycamp are another one. we love france for camping holidays with the kids - you can get the weather and also drive with all your gear - if we go to a pre-set tent or chalet we can easily get everything in the car, and 2 children; if we dont go camping in south of france we usually package with hotel in spain
