Best price - Cheapest Hotel Booking Here! Stayed at Kensington Holiday Inn - Very good location near all the sights, and Harrods! But I would say it was a bit smelly and the rooms were not exactly luxurious - not much character either but then it is a high rise - plenty of facilities and the room was quiet - mainly good for the central london location though.
