Hallo,
A friend of mine has a villa she lets in Skyros - if you look at skyros.org she has a website for it. Its nice! Not sure about kids though..

Owners Direct are the top people if you want to search for a villa and book direct from the owners - plenty of choice on the Greek Islands and mainland. Both Corfu and Zakynthos holidays were a great success for us when we booked with them.
