Hi Guys - If I want to book a holiday is it best to do it online or at a travel agent? I am a bit scared to book a holiday online in case I get it wrong. What do people think?

Why have you posted this in this forum? For the record I always book online - it saves money and gives me more control, plus I don't like to be bamboozled into the wrong holiday decision - but if you're not comfortable you're not comfortable!
